Frequently asked questions
- Is this really one-time?
- You pay once for your plan tier — there is no monthly subscription. Your license then renews annually at a published annual fee (with live currency conversion at checkout). Reminder emails are sent before expiry.
- What does “1 device” mean?
- One license = one installed copy of AmCEO on one computer. Team members can still access the system from unlimited devices via your office network (LAN) — this doesn’t count against your device limit.
- How do I move AmCEO to a new computer?
- Export a backup, deactivate the license on the old computer (Settings → Deployment → Moving to a New Computer), then install and activate on the new one. Each license works on one computer at a time.
- What happens after I pay?
- You'll receive your license key by email immediately after payment is confirmed. Enter it in the AmCEO app to activate.
- Can I upgrade my plan later?
- Yes. Contact support@amceo.app and we'll help you upgrade to a higher plan with the difference in price.
- Do you offer refunds?
- We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on the initial purchase if you're not satisfied. Annual renewal payments are generally non-refundable once the new term begins. See our Refund Policy for details.
