AmCEO — Executive Business Operating System

What information we collect

When you purchase AmCEO, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and optional business name. When you use the AmCEO application, your business data (customers, invoices, inventory, payroll, etc.) is stored locally on your device or in your own connected Supabase database if you enable cloud sync. Payment information is processed by Paystack — we do not store your card details.

How we use it

We use your information to verify your license, deliver your license key, provide customer support, and improve our product. We may send transactional emails related to your purchase or account.

Data storage

AmCEO is local-first. Your business data stays on your devices by default. If you connect your own Supabase instance, you control that data. License records for verification are stored on our secure license server.

Third parties

We use Paystack for payment processing. If you enable AI features in AmCEO, requests may be sent to Anthropic (Claude) according to your configuration. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

Your rights

You can export your business data from AmCEO at any time. You may request deletion of your account and associated license records by contacting us. We will respond to requests within a reasonable timeframe.
