License grant
Upon payment, AmCEO grants you a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use the software according to your purchased plan limits (businesses, users, and devices). This is a one-time purchase, not a subscription.
Acceptable use
You may not reverse engineer, redistribute, or resell AmCEO licenses. You may not use AmCEO for unlawful purposes. You are responsible for the accuracy of data entered into the application.
No warranty
AmCEO is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Business decisions made using AmCEO are your responsibility.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AmCEO shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the software. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for your license.
Refund policy
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with AmCEO within 7 days of purchase, contact support@amceo.app for a full refund. Refunds are not available after license keys have been actively used beyond reasonable evaluation.
Termination
We may revoke your license if you violate these terms. Upon termination, you must cease using the software. Sections regarding liability and governing law survive termination.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ghana. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ghana.
